The Strategy Session is a 60-minute 1:1 consultation built around one question: what is actually keeping you awake?
Most people who come to me have already spent months, sometimes years, trying to fix their sleep from the outside in. What they haven't had is someone sit with them and look at the whole picture: the patterns, the nervous system, the life that's running in the background of every restless night.
That's what this session is for. It's also how I find out whether the Rested Body Method is the right next step for you, and whether you and I are the right fit. Mandatory entry isn't a sales gate. It's a clinical one.

How the Strategy Session runs.

Before your session
Once you book, you'll receive a short questionnaire to complete in your own time, about 10 minutes. This gives me a picture of your current sleep patterns, what you've tried, and what's happening in your life.

During your session
We meet on video call for 60 minutes. I'll ask you questions, listen carefully, and reflect back what I'm hearing. By the end, you'll have a clearer picture of your sleep than you've ever had, and a protocol built specifically for you.

After your session
Within 24 hours you'll receive your personal protocol document. If the Rested Body Method feels like the right next step, your €150 is credited in full against the 12-session programme.
A note on the investment.
The Strategy Session is €150.
If you go on to work with me through the Rested Body Method, the €150 is credited in full. The effective cost of the programme becomes €1,800, paid in three instalments.
If you don't continue, you still leave with a personalised protocol, a clear assessment, and a completely different understanding of your sleep. That alone is worth more than the price of the session.
There are no upsells in the room. If working together feels like the right next step, I'll tell you clearly. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too.
Your body knows how to sleep.

Sleep is not something the mind achieves through discipline and the right conditions. It is something the body does, has always done, and will do again, when the obstacles in the way are removed.
Those obstacles are almost never a single thing. They are layered. Behavioural patterns that have compounded over time. A nervous system that has learned to stay alert. A life that has quietly drifted out of alignment. And sitting across all of it, making everything worse, is the sleep anxiety itself: the fear of another bad night, which is often more exhausting than the bad night ever was.
The Rested Body Method works across all three layers simultaneously, because that is how they exist in a person's life.
The method

The Rested Body Method moves through three interconnected phases, across twelve weekly sessions. The structure is the container. What emerges within it is always specific to the person.

Behaviour, body, and belief do not exist in isolation. We do not treat them as if they do.
What changes, and when.
PHASE 1 · SESSIONS 1 TO 3
From trying to control sleep, to understanding it.
Behaviour and baseline. Before session one, you complete a week of sleep tracking, not to optimise, but to observe. From there we work with CBT-I, the most evidence-based approach to sleep intervention available: sleep efficiency, stimulus control, dismantling the compensatory habits that have accumulated.
PHASE 2 · SESSIONS 4 TO 6
From managing sleep with the mind, to supporting it with the body.
Body and nervous system. Sleep cannot be thought into existence. It is a physiological process that requires a body to feel safe enough to let go. This phase introduces Feldenkrais, body awareness, and breathwork. You begin to notice what wired actually feels like, and what genuine ease feels like when it arrives.
PHASE 3 · SESSIONS 7 TO 9
From an isolated problem, to a signal from a whole life.
Life and alignment. By this phase you've usually noticed that your sleep doesn't exist in isolation. We look at the conditions keeping your nervous system activated after hours. Joy and pleasure as clinical inputs, not lifestyle extras. Dreamwork as an optional extension for those interested.
PHASE 4 · SESSIONS 10 TO 12
From needing support to sleep, to trusting yourself completely.
Integration and independence. This programme is explicitly designed to end. Your personal sleep protocol is built, a tailored document reflecting your specific patterns. The measure of success isn't that you never have a bad night. It's that a bad night no longer sends you into the spiral.

I've been working with sleep for several years. What I've learned is that sleep is almost never just about sleep. It's about the nervous system. It's about the life running in the background. It's about a body that has forgotten, temporarily, that it knows how to rest.
The Rested Body Method is the framework I've built to address all of that. The Strategy Session is where we find out exactly what that looks like for you.
