It doesn't promise to fix your sleep in seven days. It promises to show you a completely different way of approaching it, and to give you a felt sense that your body can respond.

You've tried the supplements. The blue-light glasses. The magnesium. The weighted blanket. The app with the ocean sounds. Some of it helped briefly. None of it lasted.
Because the thing keeping you awake isn't outside you. And the way back isn't either.
This is the gentlest entry into the work I do. Seven days of small shifts, designed so you can feel them in your body, not just understand them in your head. By the end of the week, you'll have had a different experience of your own nervous system than you've probably had in a very long time.

Set one anchor. A fixed wake time, regardless of how the night went. The reason consistency beats perfection.

Track not sleep, but energy. Notice your natural rhythms across the day. Start seeing the data your body is already giving you.

Body
A short somatic practice. Eight minutes of guided body awareness before bed. The introduction to the idea that sleep is a body event, not a mind event.

Belief
The myth-busting day. We address the one false belief most relevant to your quiz result. A short audio, a real client story, a reframe you can carry.

Nervous system
A nervous system reset practice for the evening wind-down. The concept of inviting sleep rather than chasing it.

Life
One question. What did you do today that was only for you? The pleasure and alignment conversation, introduced gently.

Trust
Bringing it together. What has shifted, even slightly? What does trusting your body actually feel like, even for a moment? An invitation to go deeper.

It isn't a course on sleep hygiene. You've read that one already.
It isn't a five tips listicle in disguise.
It isn't a meditation pack or a sleep playlist.
It is the gentlest, most honest version of the work I do with my 1:1 clients, distilled into seven days. The point isn't to fix you in a week. The point is to give your body a different experience, so the next week is different from the one you just had.


Who's behind all of this
Who's your Sleep Coach?
I'm Maša. I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), Integrative Sleep Therapy, the Feldenkrais Method, and embodied facilitation. I trained in lucid dreaming facilitation directly under Charlie Morley, and am skilled at helping people uncover the inner workings of their minds through their dreams and unconscious.
Before I was any of those things, I was a chronic insomniac for years. I recovered through somatic practice. I built this work from the inside out, because the outside-in version didn't work for me, and it doesn't work for my clients.
A few questions.
Do I need to do it on consecutive days?
Ideally, yes. The work compounds. If you miss a day, pick up the next day rather than doubling up. The rhythm matters.
What if I'm already an insomniac?
This isn't a clinical intervention. If you've been diagnosed with chronic insomnia and are working with a doctor, please continue that care. The Reset is a complementary piece of work, not a replacement.
What if I want to work with you 1:1 after?
You'll get an invitation to book the Strategy Session at the end of Day 7. The Strategy Session is €150, and if you continue into the full programme afterwards, the €150 is credited.
How do I access the videos?
After purchase you'll get an email with a private link. The videos sit on my own platform, no Vimeo or YouTube login required. The link doesn't expire.
I'm a man, is this for me too?
Yes. The principles are the same for any human nervous system. Most of my 1:1 clients are women, but the Reset works without gendered framing.
